Amanda draws on her extensive discovery and information governance experience to deliver innovative and forward-thinking solutions tailored to clients’ business and legal objectives and requirements.
Amanda advises clients on a wide range of information governance and discovery issues, including the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) for litigations and investigations. Her work includes leading comprehensive assessments of information governance and discovery processes, creating information governance policies and procedures, developing litigation hold processes, building records retention policies, crafting eDiscovery best practices guidelines, providing strategic counsel on the effective use of technology assisted review (TAR), and developing TAR workflows, training programs, and model protocols. Amanda has also provided clients with guidance and recommendations concerning the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in business settings as it relates to information governance and discovery considerations.
Amanda has experience negotiating discovery protocols, responding to discovery requests, overseeing and participating in fact development and investigations, conducting custodial interviews, identifying structured and unstructured data, supporting motion and trial practice, and resolving privilege disputes.
Before joining Redgrave, Amanda served as counsel for Dentons US LLP, where she focused her practice on eDiscovery and Information Governance for the U.S. Region.
