Stacy has extensive experience with discovery in investigations and in civil and criminal litigation, including in fact development, supporting depositions and trials, discovery motions practice, and defense of process.  Her litigation experience spans a broad range of matters, including antitrust, bankruptcy, breach of contract, fraud, and securities litigation. 

Stacy's work at Redgrave includes conducting interviews with record custodians and supervising and directing information collection; performing and evaluating search term analysis and selection; setting up and managing processes to review documents for responsiveness, privilege, and substantive content; creating privilege log entries; implementing document review protocols; drafting discovery responses and briefing on discovery issues; and overseeing the sealing of documents containing trade secrets and competitively sensitive information.

Before joining Redgrave, Stacy worked at various law firms in Chicago, IL, including ten years with an AmLaw 100 firm.  Previously, she served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Winnebago County, IL, where she was recognized by the State of Illinois for her work.  Stacy has also authored thought leadership discussing data privacy law topics.

Stacy’s work experience includes:

  • Working with a major transportation company to preserve and collect documents and information in preparation for litigation
  • Overseeing privilege reviews and preparation of privilege logs for multiple large healthcare and insurance companies
  • Defending a major transportation company’s assertions of privilege in response to challenges from opposing party
  • Preparing defense of process documentation for multiple pharmaceutical companies and large healthcare and insurance companies
  • Consulting with multiple large healthcare companies to maintain the confidentiality of trade secrets throughout litigation
