Our Inclusivity and Culture Committee supports the Firm’s mission and goals in cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture. At Redgrave, we aim to recruit, retain, and promote a diverse group of professionals whose unique complexities are celebrated, encouraged, and valued. We are keenly aware that our team members’ varied perspectives and contributions make us stronger together.

We know that success begins with valuing the unique contributions of each individual, stemming from their own distinct cultures, experiences, and ways of thinking.
We are deeply committed to maintaining a diverse talent pool and ensuring and continually enhancing equity and inclusion in the workplace. Most recently, the Firm committed to the 2024-2025 Mansfield Certification process, which highlights our efforts to drive inclusive talent practices at Redgrave. This commitment is rooted in awareness and obligation: an awareness that varied backgrounds and perspectives generate more incisive and deeper insights that better serve our clients, and an obligation to foster our employees’ sense of belonging and eliminate barriers that create unfair advantages. -
